If you're innocent, never speak to cops. If you're guilty, never speak to cops. Ask for legal counsel. Tell the cops you will invoke habeus corpus, claiming you have a right to know what it is for which you're being charged. Tell the cops you have rights to personal space, property, and prevention of search and seizure, and invoke the 5th amendment not to incriminate yourself, as well as the 7th and 8th so you can be guaranteed a speedy trial and not to be cruel and unusually punished. DO NOT SPEAK TO POLICE. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR ANYTHING YOU SAY. EVEN IF YOU ARE INNOCENT THEY LIE AND SPIN WORDS TO MAKE THEIR QUOTAS. THEY WANT A GUILTY PLEA, or else it WASTES THEIR TIME. THEY DO NOT WANT A COURT HEARING OR A TRIAL.

I'm no expert, but I'd say the body language of russell Williams was representative of a guy who felt very up tight and evasive (crossed arms, crazy chewing, big red blotch on his head, jerky movements. Saw part of the interrogation that was missed on this clip and he tells of his security clearance etc. etc. Had the impression that he was initially trying to talk down to the interrogator. Obviously the cop was having none of it.

I've always said if I ever get arrested whether I'm guilty or not but especially if I'm innocent I will insist on a lawyer and say nothing and even go so far as to smugly troll to police in asking for a lawyer if I'm innocent just so that they think twice about trying to pull that shit again on me and then I will sue them. They want to try and get a rise out of me and force me to falsely confess I'm going to get a rise out of them and sue them and make them regret arresting me.

These guys are trained to get into anyone's head. But that room has 50% to do with it, the aroma in there, the uncomfortability, the unfamiliarity, the lighting, the quietness. If you volunteer for an interrogation, tell the police you rather have it at starbucks lol or at your home and they will refuse because they know they will have no chance... btw what kind of lawyer agrees to have their client interrogated by the law? I'll tell you what kind!... the kind that is working with or for the law!... many lawyers are friends with people that work for the city like law enforcement, judges, captains and even the District Attorney.

1. Never talk to the police. It is legal for the police to lie. Even when stopped for a supposed traffic violation, the police always engage in "fishing expeditions" in the hope of finding anything else they can hang you with. Anything you say can and will be used against you. 2. The moment you say you want a lawyer the police are required to stop asking questions and get you a lawyer. Speak only to your lawyer and only when the police can not hear what you are saying. Always allow the lawyer to speak for you no matter how they direct the question to you. Anything you say can and will be used against you. 3. If you are innocent or there is little to no evidence against you, always insist on a jury trial. The prosecute will threaten you with the end of the world to scare you into accepting a plea deal. A court appointed lawyer will insist that you accept the plea deal, telling you that you have no chance, so he can collect his fee and move on to the next defendant. The courts do not want to be tied up trying every little maybe-possibly get a conviction case when they have no compelling evidence and will most likely drop the charges. Anything you say can and will be used against you. 4. Eagerly serve on a jury and make them prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that the defendant is guilty. If you do not believe they are guilty, stand your ground and never change your mind. Innocent people are unjustly sent to prison all the time. 5. Remember that juries ARE the final determiner not only of guilt or innocence but of the constitutionality of the law itself. The justice system hates it but jury nullification is a real thing and a duty of the people serving on a jury. Just never allow the prosecute or court staff know that you know, they want complacency not justice. Anything you say can and will be used against you. http://www.ourdocuments.gov/doc.php?doc=19&page=transcript United States Supreme Court Marbury versus Madison "BETWEEN THESE ALTERNATIVES THERE IS NO MIDDLE GROUND. THE CONSTITUTION IS EITHER A SUPERIOR, PARAMOUNT LAW, UNCHANGEABLE BY ORDINARY MEANS, OR IT IS ON A LEVEL WITH ORDINARY LEGISLATIVE ACTS, AND, LIKE OTHER ACTS, IS ALTERABLE WHEN THE LEGISLATURE SHALL PLEASE TO ALTER IT (emphasis added)." "Certainly all those who have framed written constitutions contemplate them as forming the fundamental and paramount law of the nation, and consequently, the theory of every such government must be, THAT AN ACT OF THE LEGISLATURE, REPUGNANT TO THE CONSTITUTION, IS VOID (emphasis added)." "It is also not entirely unworthy of observation that in declaring what shall be THE SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND, THE CONSTITUTION ITSELF IS FIRST MENTIONED; AND NOT THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES GENERALLY, BUT THOSE ONLY WHICH SHALL BE MADE IN PURSUANCE OF THE CONSTITUTION, HAVE THAT RANK (emphasis added)." "THUS, THE PARTICULAR PHRASEOLOGY OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES CONFIRMS AND STRENGTHENS THE PRINCIPLE, SUPPOSED TO BE ESSENTIAL TO ALL WRITTEN CONSTITUTIONS, THAT A LAW REPUGNANT TO THE CONSTITUTION IS VOID; AND THAT COURTS, AS WELL AS OTHER DEPARTMENTS, ARE BOUND BY THAT INSTRUMENT (emphasis added)."

The second interrogator is an idiot. Yes, he’s right about that guy not having hallucinations but marijuana and xanax are not cures for hallucinations of any sort, on the contrary, often used, marijuana is a trigger for schizophrenia (esp the paranoid type) in people who are prone genetically to getting the disease.

Honestly, if they interrogated me like they did the second woman, and if I was innocent, I would not know how to react better than that. Rather than making me feel guilty, I'd be mad they are making a circus of the death they are accusing me of... if anything, she looks like she's exercizing patience. And judging from the woman's face, they might have been at it for a long time repeating the same bullshit over and over so... she doesn't look guilty, she looks exahusted more than anything.

The last interview, my heart was racing. That detective was in the room with an unrestrained, air force COLONEL. Who has served 23 years of military service and is led to believe to be mentally unstable too for committing murder. Not only did the investigator lead the interrogation insanely well and with confidence. He had the balls to sit in a room with a killer as he confessed his deeds as if they were buddies sharing coffee in a cafe. Not only that but just watching Russel's body language slowly drift away from calm, collected, and stone faced to; panicked, afraid, and cornered. I really had no idea what he was going to do and when he said "Call me Russ..." my heart just STOPPED. I was blown away by how that played out, and how insanely well the investigator acted.

I was a Prison supervisor for 11 years. I have read hundreds of case files on convicted felons. I would venture to guess more than half of them would not have been in prison if they had just shut their mouths. Police are psychological brutes. they know every trick. No one- even lawyers and experienced police officer can not defeat them (so many are in prison). You can not stand up to these tactics. Shut the Hell up! Do not say one word to the police. They will break you down if you engage them, even if you are innocent if they focus on you as the perpetrator. They will threaten you, scare the shit out of you, bully you and your loved ones...SAY NOTHING! EVER! Always let your lawyer do the talking.
